ONBOARDING

Welcome to the World Bank Group! Onboarding starts with you. The World Bank Group Onboarding is a nine-step process of integrating new hires into the organization. At the World Bank Group, onboarding is also about new staff effectiveness and operational knowledge in their first six months. The World Bank Group has a robust Onboarding Program that includes a centralized process in–HRD Talent Acquisition; both tactical and strategic elements to drive organizational performance; and key metrics that ensure HR business and organizational objectives are met.
