Seoyeon Kim is an Analyst with the Business Location topic of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in June 2023. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Seoyeon worked at the OECD Science, Technology and Innovation Directorate as a policy analyst. She also worked as a project assistant for the UNDP team based in Togo and Zambia. Seoyeon holds a Master of International Economic Policy from Sciences Po Paris and a bachelor's degree in Politics and Government from the same school. She speaks French and Korean.
