Romain Le Dily is an Analyst in the Business Location topic of the Business Ready Unit. He joined the team in September 2024. Prior to joining the World Bank, he was the Programme Director in London Politica, a think tank specializing in geopolitical risk mitigation. Romain has served both in the public and the private sector, with capacities in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as a Policy analyst, in the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) as a Research assistant, and the Dassault Group as a Jurist. Romain holds an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, a double MA MBA / Business Law from Panthéon Assas University, along with an MA in International Relations from Saint Petersburg State University. He speaks French, Russian and Spanish.
