Feature Team Members

Oleksandra (Sasha) Popova is an Analyst with the Taxation topic of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in August 2018. In her current role, she focuses on the Taxation Topic. Previously, she contributed to the B-READY Dispute Resolution topic and the Business Reform Committee project. Before joining the World Bank Group, Sasha worked at a leading law firm in Ukraine, specializing in commercial law. Sasha holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Washington and a Master of Laws degree from Kyiv State University. She speaks Russian and Ukrainian.
