Feature Team Members

Nicole Yue Wu is an Analyst with the Data Analysis team of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the Global Indicators Group in July 2023. Prior to joining the World Bank, Nicole worked with multiple international organizations on measuring global food security and evaluating the gendered impact of COVID-19 in Africa and South Asia. She also covered topics such as scaling up technological innovations in Africa, and conducted systematic reviews on social cohesion, energy efficiency and resilience. Nicole holds a Master of Development Practice from the University of California Berkeley and received her Bachelor of Management from China Agricultural University. She speaks Chinese.
