Feature Team Members

Nghia-Piotr Le Trong is an Analyst with the Data Analysis team of the Business Ready Unit. He joined the team in July 2023. Before working for the World Bank, he worked in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a Short-Term Expert in Health Expenditures, and Fossil Fuel Subsidies. He served as the Research Officer for the IMF's Fiscal Affair's Expenditure Policy Division. He also has private sector experience in financial services litigation consulting with EconOne. Nghia-Piotr holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Georgetown McCourt School of Public Policy, as well as a dual bachelors in Economics and Political Economies from the University of California, Berkeley. He speaks Vietnamese and Polish.
