Feature Team Members

Nadia Novik is a Private Sector Development Specialist and the Topic Lead of the Taxation team within the B-READY project at the World Bank. She also supervises the project’s website. Nadia joined the World Bank in 2013, initially working on the Doing Business project, where she covered the Starting a Business and Paying Taxes Indicators before leading the Getting Credit – Credit Information indicator. Prior to her current role, she led the Financial Services team within the B-READY project during its initial development. Before joining the World Bank, Nadia worked at PwC as a Tax Consultant specializing in international taxation and structuring. Nadia holds a Master's degree in International Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Kyiv National Economic University. She has completed a number of post-graduate studies, including course on circular economy at WageningenX and a series of statistics and computer programming classes at the Harvard Extension School. Nadia is fluent in Ukrainian, Italian, Russian, and is conversant in German and Spanish.
