Feature Team Members

Milagros Deza-Delgado is an Analyst with the International Trade topic of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in May 2023. Previously, Milagros held different roles with the World Bank Group between 2011 and 2018, with the latest one as an Economist for the International Development Association (IDA). Prior to rejoining the World Bank, Milagros worked at Santander Consumer Bank in Oslo specializing in risk management and financial regulations. Milagros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration and International Development from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Milagros speaks Spanish, and is conversant in French and Norwegian.
