Marcial Falconi joined the Global Indicators Group in January 2023, where he works in the Front Office, supporting the Director and leading project management efforts for programs such as Business Ready, Women, Business and the Law, Enterprise Surveys, and Subnational projects. His responsibilities include reviewing and advising on project management efficiency, applying industry best practices and standards. Marcial is skilled in setting up project plans, developing Gantt charts, managing schedules, providing weekly reports, and tracking processes. He also supports project coordination, training, and process mapping for current and future solution designs, while measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.Before joining the Global Indicators Group, Marcial held several managerial roles across various industries, where he was responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, strategic planning, and process improvements. He has extensive experience managing large-scale projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Marcial holds an MBA in Project Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid and a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador. He is PMP certified and fluent in both Spanish and English.
