Malavika Menon is an Analyst with the Centralized Recruitment team of the Business Ready unit which she joined in September 2024. She previously worked as a editing and research analyst with the GPRBA unit at the World Bank where she focused on results-based financing for gender programs. As a former print and digital journalist in the Asia Pacific, Malavika brings with her extensive field experience in social and economic analysis, technical writing and communications. Prior to joining the B-Ready unit, she worked as a consultant for USAID.
