Feature Team Members

Julia Liniado is an Analyst with the Market Competition - Innovation topic of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in July 2023. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, she was an applied researcher at Save the Children US where she led experimental and quasi-experimental investigations. In Argentina, she worked at the National Undersecretary of Foreign Trade of Argentina where she participated in the negotiation of Free Trade Agreements on the area of Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Buenos Aires. She speaks Spanish and is proficient in French.
