Feature Team Members

Dina Mansour is an Analyst with the Business Entry of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in August 2024. Before joining the World Bank, she led export and internationalization efforts for the private sector for over five years. Her professional journey includes significant roles within the government at Investissement Québec International, the Montreal Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and Solucycle—a small cleantech company—with a focus on the energy and environment sectors. In addition to her industry experience, Dina taught International Business courses as a Lecturer at HEC Montréal, affiliated with the University of Montréal. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Montréal. Further enhancing her expertise, Dina has earned certificates in Law, Italian Studies, Spanish, and Economics from the same institution. Dina is fluent in French, Spanish, and Arabic, and is conversant in Italian and Portuguese.
