Diana Guevara Duque is an Analyst with the Financial Services topic of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in June 2021, having previously undertaken an internship at the Legal Vice Presidency at the World Bank in 2019. Diana is also a part-time professor at Universidad San Francisco de Quito and Universidad Internacional del Ecuador. Before joining the World Bank, Diana worked in various Ecuadorian government institutions like the Judiciary Council and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility. Diana holds an LLM in International and Comparative Law (Concentration in International Human Rights) from The George Washington University Law School, an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London, and an LLB (lawyer) with a minor in International Relations degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Native Spanish speaker and proficient in French and Italian.
