Feature Team Members

Dagmara Maj-Swistak is an Analyst on the Labor topic within the Business Ready unit. She joined the team in February 2024, having previously worked on labor-related issues in the Social Protection and Jobs unit at the World Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for the Polish government, including the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, and the Energy Regulatory Agency, as well as the private sector. Dagmara holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Nicolaus Copernicus University and a Master's in Political Science from the University of Kazimierz Wielki. She is fluent in Polish.
