Feature Team Members

Chang Tang is an Analyst with the Business Entry topic of the the Business Ready Unit. He joined the team in August 2024. Earlier, he worked on a number of impact evaluation programs within the World Bank for DIME and the Africa Gender Innovation Lab. Prior to joining the World Bank, he took on roles in economic research for the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics in Nairobi, Kenya and in monitoring and evaluation for the United Nations Capital Development Fund in Bangkok, Thailand. He holds a Master’s in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University. He speaks Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and is conversant in Levantine Arabic.
