Alejandro Solano Meardi is an Anaylst with the Financial Service topic of the Business Ready unit he joined July 2024. Before joining the World Bank, he was a trainee at WilmerHale, Squire Patton Boggs, and Consortium Legal on matters relating to international disputes and corporate law. In addition, he was an intern at the IMF, the OAS, and New Markets Lab, where he assisted on policy matters relating to international economic law and data privacy law. Alejandro holds an LL.M. degree in Technology Law and Policy from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD degree (cum laude) from American University Washington College of Law, and a B.S. in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University. He is fluent in Spanish.
