Report the incident to the local police department.

Apply for a passport at the nearest embassy or consulate of the country of citizenship.

Request a G1/G4 visa. If your passport is lost or stolen:

• outside the U.S., follow the steps to renew or request a G4/G1 visa outside the U.S.
• inside the U.S. but traveling within two months of loss of passport, follow the steps to renew or request a G4/G1 visa outside the U.S.
• inside the U.S., follow the steps to:

o  replace an I-94 card.

o  renew a G4 visa within the U.S.

If the passport of a G5 visa holder is lost or stolen, contact HR Operations.
