Optional Group Term Life or Optional Dependent's Group Term Life Insurance for HQ Staff - Reduce or Cancel

Summary

HQ staff who have elected Optional Group Term Life or Optional Dependent’s Group Term Life Insurance may reduce or cancel the coverage at any time. Once the coverage is reduced or cancelled, it can only be increased via Late Enrollment procedures.

Use myHR Self-Service to reduce/cancel your Optional Group Term Life or Optional Dependent's Group Term Life Insurance.

Receive an email notification regarding the coverage reduction/cancellation. In case of any clarifications, Write to HR. The effective date of the reduced coverage will be the first day of the month following the receipt of your signed form.
