Summary

Country office staff who have elected Optional Group Term Life or Optional Dependent’s Group Term Life Insurance may cancel coverage at any time. Once the coverage is cancelled, staff can only re-enroll via Late Enrollment procedures.

Use myHR Self-Service to cancel your Optional Group Term Life or Optional Dependent's Group Term Life Insurance.

Receive an email notification regarding the coverage cancellation from HR Operations. The effective date of the cancelled coverage will be the first day of the month following the receipt of your signed form.
