The Yemen Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction Umbrella Trust Fund (Yemen Fund) was established by the World Bank in May 2022 at a critical juncture of the years long conflict in Yemen, in recognition of the need for a flexible and coordinated response to the fluid situation on the ground and the importance of early readiness for agile post-conflict turnaround.
