About us

Digital Water is an initiative of the Water Global Practice Group that supports water utilities worldwide to undergo digital transformation. We support utilities to incorporate digital solutions such as smart metering, e-billing, remote sensing, data integration, supervision, GIS, predictive maintenance, active leak detection, cybersecurity, and an array of software platforms into their workflows so they can move towards modernization of water and sanitation. Across the developing world, most water utilities need to formalize their plan for the digital transformation journey, yet deciding where to start can be difficult.

For all water utility challenges, there is a possible digital solution, and new challenges are arising every day – caused by operational failures, climate change, aging networks, drought, urbanization, and changing customer needs.

Using diagnostic tools, the Digital Water team helps water utility managers address these challenges and get started on the digital water journey by providing assessments and surveys, customized roadmaps, trainings, and other tools to help water utilities assess evaluate where they are on and identify next steps in the digital water journey.

Any utility can embark on the digital journey, and we’re here to help. We have a great team of experts who are motivated to help utilities across regions. We have knowledge and innovations to share and unique expertise in the digitalization of water utilities. The right time to start is now and every utility can find the right entry point for them to start this journey.

If your clients are interested in integrating digital solutions into their water utility, please contact us to learn more about the possibilities for collaboration. We also invite you to join us in our community of practice where we can discuss the unique challenges faced by the cities you support.
