Utilities around the world are increasingly looking to innovate with digital solutions. To respond to this need, the World Bank Water Global Practice has created a new knowledge and technical assistance platform called “Digital Water,” to support water and supply and sanitation utilities in their digital journey. Digital Water offers digital maturity assessments, trainings, and knowledge products to support specific project components and help operators modernize and improve their performance.
