Reaffirming commitment to helping countries address corruption.

The Bank supports countries in building capable, transparent, and accountable institutions. When it comes to anticorruption at the country level, the local context that affects the level of corruption and the reform approaches that could work need to be considered. World Bank activities support state and non-state actors establish the competencies needed to implement policies and practices that improve results and strengthen public integrity.

    The Project Development Objective is to support the Government’s efforts to improve fiscal discipline, public financial management (PFM), and transparency and accountability processes for strengthened governance of public resource management in Mongolia.
