This site is intended for World Bank Group Retirees, Spouses/Domestic Partners of Staff, and Staff who are currently accessing the web from outside the WBG Intranet. Retirees, Spouses, and Domestic Partners
HSD promotes good health for Staff and families of the World Bank Group by offering health services and health promotion programs for Staff at Headquarters and around the world. Many of HSD's programs are available to Retired Staff, as well as Spouses/Domestic Partners of active Staff.
Medical Emergencies
- Outside U.S. – For Spouses/Domestic Partners or dependents of current World Bank Group Staff residing outside the U.S., if you have a medical emergency, use local emergency response to access immediate medical treatment. You may also call the WBG Security Operations Center at +1-202-458-8888 to speak with the Medical Duty Officer and discuss whether medical evacuation may be needed.
- In the U.S. – Call 911 for any medical emergency.
