Tunisia Economic Resilience & Inclusion (TERI)

About TRACE (Tunisian Rural and Agricultural Chain of Employment)

The Tunisian Rural and Agricultural Chains of Employment (TRACE) Program is dedicated to creating jobs, particularly for women and youth, by supporting growth and innovation in Tunisia’s agri-food sector. TRACE has four components that i) address the skills gap in the labor market through targeted training by the Nexus Skills & Jobs for youth project, ii) provide financial and technical support to small producers, SMEs, and producer organizations in four governorates through three different entrepreneurship support projects implemented by UTSS, ENDA and Microfinanza, iii) support the introduction of innovative agri-finance and agri-insurance products, and iv) promote policy reforms that lead to a more enabling business environment for the agri-food sector.
