Policy and institutional reforms often involve multiple levels of complexity that make them difficult to design, implement, and evaluate using conventional approaches. Coalitions for Reforms (C4R) invites you for a joint learning event with the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) on a practical tool to support and evaluate reforms: the “PIR Methods Menu” platform. This user tool is designed to help development evaluators and practitioners choose.

The Forum will be hosted by the World Bank's Governance Global Practice and its Global Program on Justice and the Rule of Law in collaboration with key partner organizations. It will bring together leaders and practitioners from Governments and Judiciaries, academia, civil society, the private sector, and international organizations participating in the Justice and the Rule of Law (JROL) ecosystem. The event aims to emphasize the critical role of JROL in development and enhance collective action on justice reform, covering a wide range of relevant and cutting-edge topics.
