Russia Webinar Series: Minimizing and Managing Successive Waves of COVID-19 During the Economic Recovery

On September 23, the World Bank and the Research Institute of Health and Medical Management, Moscow Health Department, held an online-conference «Minimizing and managing successive waves of COVID-19 during the economic recovery: the latest figures and lessons from European Countries». The key speech delivered by Mr. David Wilson, Program Director of the Global Practice for health, nutrition and population. The conference was attended by Russian and foreign experts. The main topic of the conference was the spread of COVID-19 infection in Russia, and other countries, and how to rehabilitate the economy and healthcare system after the first wave of the pandemic.
