In these new videos, parliamentarians from Ghana, Rwanda, Sri Lanka and Uganda speak on the relevance of the International Development Association (IDA), the World Bank's fund for the world’s 81 poorest countries. The MPs touch upon issues such as the difference between IDA and other sources of financing, how IDA has contributed to the development of their country, IDA's role in conflict-affected countries, and the role of IDA for development finance. For example, a Sri Lankan Member of Parliament shares, "What I like specifically about IDA is that they base their intervention on the country assistance strategy. They look at your priorities.”
