Delegates are governmental officials of the member countries of the World Bank Group and the IMF, who register through their respective Executive Director's office for the Meetings. Delegates should inquiry directly with their Executive Director's office for information about registration.

Observers are the representatives of international, regional, and economic organizations that were pre-approved and invited by the World Bank Group and IMF. Please see the list of 2024 Annual Meetings Observer Organizations. Only staff from the organizations in the Observer Organization List should apply under the Observer category.

Registration for CSO/Parliamentarians closed on April 11.
CSOs include non-governmental organizations, community groups, labor unions, indigenous people’s movements, faith-based organizations, professional associations, foundations, think tanks, charitable organizations, and other not-for-profit organizations. All other participants - such as representatives from the private sector, academia or governmental bodies - must apply for accreditation as a Guest or other relevant registration category.

Parliamentarians include representatives of the people in a legislative body at the national, regional and local levels; representatives of Parliamentary Organizations; and parliamentary staff.

All working Press must have Spring Meetings credentials to attend the Meetings.

To be accredited, you must present one of the following:
1. Valid press credentials issued by national or local authorities;
OR
2. Clear evidence that you are on assignment from a specific news organization or publication. This applies to all freelancers, including photographers. A valid assignment letter from that news organization, or publication, is required. Photographic agencies must provide clear evidence from a client news organization or publication.

Badges will be issued from the I Building Registration Desk, and will allow entry into the campus beginning on Monday, April 21.

All participants should ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of entry and should consult with the US Department of State website for the latest visa and entry requirements. Each authorized registrant will receive a confirmation letter via email that can be used for visa application purposes.
All participants of the Spring Meetings are expected to act in accordance with the World Bank Group’s Core Values and Code of Ethics and are reminded to conduct themselves with integrity and impartiality, and to refrain from any behavior that would be inconsistent with the Code or our values. Any participants engaged in disruptive or other inappropriate behavior will have their badge revoked.
