INFRAVP Guangzhe Chen met with members of the Japan Chapter of the Parliamentary Network, which is chaired by the Honorable Takeaki Matsumoto, MP (Lower House). Under the chairmanship of MP Kiyoshi Odawara, Secretary General of the Japan Chapter, Members discussed how the World Bank is addressing digital divide in the client countries as well as the progress made with the Evolution process. The meeting was joined by senior staff from the Government of Japan (Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry for Internal Affairs and Communications).
