The fifth Resilience Dialogue will explore the impacts of disasters on poverty dynamics as well as the opportunities of resilience for poverty reduction.

On October 11, 2013, policy makers attending the World Bank Group/IMF Annual Meetings will meet for the fifth round of the Resilience Dialogue series. Exploring the impacts of disasters on poverty dynamics as well as the opportunities of resilience for poverty reduction, the speakers will highlight the need to invest in resilience to achieve poverty reduction and shared prosperity goals.
