Consultation for World Bank Group’s Country Partnership Framework for Bhutan

We Want to Hear Your Views!

The World Bank Group is preparing the new Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for Bhutan for the period FY 2025-2029. The Framework will guide the World Bank Group's overall support to Bhutan for the next four years to attain the country’s development and growth aspirations.

The upcoming CPF is aligned with the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan’s 13th Five Year Plan and guided by the World Bank’s latest Systematic Country Diagnostic. The proposed overarching goal of the CPF is to help Bhutan achieve a more inclusive and resilient economy supported by more and better jobs, especially for youth and women.

To guide the CPF, the World Bank Group has initiated consultations with a wide range of stakeholders. We solicit your opinion and feedback to inform the CPF on the areas where the World Bank Group’s engagement will bring the best value and help the government achieve its development vision.

Please take part in the online survey (part 1, part 2 and part 3).

In collaboration of the Ministry of Finance, the World Bank is organizing a series of consultation workshops with various stakeholders and online consultation seeking feedback from the citizen’s of Bhutan.
