Tommy Chrimes is a Senior Economist in the World Bank’s Prospects Group, where he contributes to a range of surveillance and analytical products on global economic and development issues. Previously, he served as an Advisor to the UK Executive Directors at the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group Executive Boards. Earlier in his career, he worked within the UK civil service. He holds a Master’s in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a Bachelor’s in History from the University of York.
