Raul Morales is an Economist at the Office of the Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean of the World Bank. He received a PhD in Economics from Cornell University in 2022 and BA and a MA in Economics from Universidad de Chile. Before enrolling at Cornell he was an economic and financial analyst at the Central Bank of Chile, and a economic advisor to the Chilean Ministry of finance. His areas of research are Macroeconomics and Firm Dynamics.
