Lorena Kostallari is a Senior Operations Officer at the World Bank country office in Tirana.

Prior to joining the World Bank, Mrs. Kostallari was the General Director for coordination of the European Commission programs in Albania, attached to the Ministry of Economy and Aid Coordination. Mrs Kostallari has also worked as Head of the Investment Department in the Council of Ministers, Head of Macroeconomic Unit in the Ministry of Finance, and as a researcher at the National Institute of Economic Studies.

Mrs. Kostallari holds an MS in Population and Development from the the Nehru University and an MS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
