Klement Martin is a Financial Analyst in the Financial Products and Client Solutions (CMIFP) team of the World Bank Treasury. Before joining the World Bank, Klement gained extensive experience in the financial sector and international development. He served at PROPARCO as part of the Private Equity Impact Investing Team, focusing on the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Prior to that, he spent nearly three years at GSA, a Paris-based consulting firm, where he provided sovereign advisory services to public authorities on financial and public policy matters. Earlier in his career, Klement worked at Natixis in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, covering European financial institutions. He began his professional journey at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, within the Macroeconomic Policy and Financing for Development Division.

Klement holds a master’s degree in management at ESCP Business School and a master’s degree in environmental economics at the Universite Paris Saclay. Born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, Klement is a French and German national.
