Jiandi Ye is the Executive Director for China at the World Bank Group since November 2024. She previosly served as Alternate Executive Director at the same constituency.
Ms. Ye served as the Senior Advisor to Executive Director for China since early 2014. From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Ye was the Division Director of International Department of China’s Ministry of Finance. From 2006 to 2010, she served as Deputy Director for different divisions in the department. From 2004 to 2006, she was the Advisor to Executive Director for China at the World Bank.

Ms. Ye received both her Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Peking University.
