Ergun works in the Innovation Department of the World Bank Institute where he monitors a global portfolio of 25 projects under the Development Marketplace program providing grant funding to social entrepreneurs for early-stage innovative projects with broad potential for scale-up and replication. Prior to joining the World Bank in March 2010, Ergun received his B.S. in Finance at Virginia Tech where he studied Investment Management and Global Business. In his free time, Ergun enjoys playing squash, exploring new places, photography and European wines.
