Celine Nor is a Financial Officer in the Financial Products and Client Solutions (CMIFP) team, based in Paris, France. Celine joins from the IFC, where she spent 5 years contributing to various teams, including the IFC Financial Institutions Group Investment team where she was based in Serbia for over a year, and the IFC Western Europe team based in Paris for over 3 years. Prior to her work with the IFC, Celine was based in Washington, DC, for nearly 2 years, where she served at the World Bank within the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. There, she focused on the LAC region, emphasizing Financial Inclusion and the Digital Economy.
Earlier in her career, Celine spent 3 years at the Bank of England – Prudential Regulation Authority in London as a supervisor, where she supervised Asian banks operating in the UK and supported the Brexit authorization process for European banks. She started her career in structured finance at Crédit Agricole Investment Bank in London and interned at the United Nations in New York City.
Celine holds a master's degree in Banking and Finance from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
