Bojana Naceva is a Senior Education Specialist, based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Ms. Naceva specializes in education, gender issues, and social policy and social development.
Ms. Naceva works on projects related to education, labor market and social policy issues. Namely, she is Task Team Leader for the Conditional Cash Transfer Project and Skills Development and Innovation Support projects in the country.
Ms. Naceva also works on the Roma Education Fund Monitoring and Evaluation technical assistance, the Montenegro Higher Education, Research and Innovation for Competitiveness Project, and Serbia Inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care.
Ms. Naceva holds a Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius, University of Skopje, in the area of National Large Scale Assessment, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius, University of Skopje.
