Ana Tribin is a Senior Economist at Women, Business, and the Law at the World Bank. Previously, she worked as a public policy specialist and led the gender team at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for Latin America and the Caribbean. She has also served as a Senior Research Economist at the Colombian Central Bank and as the National Advisor for Women's Equality to the President of Colombia.

Ana is the co-founder of Digna, a project dedicated to research and action in gender equality in Colombia. She holds a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University. Her research focuses on gender, migration, and development economics. She has authored multiple papers published in international books and journals and has also worked as a book editor.
