It clearly articulates our stance on racism and racial discrimination, and it reinforces our vision of the institution we aspire to be.
Equity, Diversity, and Gender Equality (EDGE) is the leading global standard for gender equality in the workplace. The World Bank has earned the second level of EDGE certification, EDGE Move, an important step in achieving gender equality.
