About DFSP

The World Bank Group’s Donor Funded Staffing Program (DFSP) is financed by donor governments. The objective of the DFSP is to contribute to the World Bank's diversity targets and capacity building efforts through the recruitment of junior and mid-career professionals in headquarters and country offices.

The program allows donors and the Bank to leverage their development agendas more strategically. The DFSP consolidates two previous stand-alone donor funded programs — Junior Professional Officers and Externally Funded Staffing.

What do we offer you?
