Nathalie Francken, from Belgium, is the current Executive Director. Ms. Francken is the chair of the Human Resources Committee and co-chair of the Gender Working Group.
Our office staff comes from Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Slovak Republic, Slovenia and Türkiye. The office comprises staff from both donor and client countries and, thus, has unique insights into relevant problems from all development partners.
