Nestor Coffi is the World Bank Country Manager for Benin since July 1st, 2023. He previously was the Country Manager in Guinea (2019 to 2023), Burundi (2016 to 2019) and Niger (2010 to 2015).
An Ivorian national, he had joined the World Bank in 2002 as Senior Financial Management Specialist and subsequently held various positions.
Nestor Coffi holds a master’s degree in chartered account, with a specialization in public finance management, obtained at the Conservatoire National des Arts & Métiers (INTEC) in Paris, France.
