With just 10 percent of the world’s vehicles, South Asia accounts for over 25 percent of the world’s crash fatalities. Road safety is a critical development priority, impacting health, wellbeing and economic growth. Countries in South Asia must work together if they are to achieve the goal of halving road crash deaths by 2030.
