Website Description This web site contains information on the 1s International Workshop on “Enhancing Training Quality through Customer Service (QCS-1): Caring for Clients Before, During and After Training.” The workshop was organized by the World Bank Institute (WBI) of the World Bank and the University of Surabaya in Indonesia. The workshop was a collaborative learning opportunity for training executives and managers and educational planners and practitioners from higher-educational institutions and universities, as well as from non-degree and in-service training institutions to identify, discuss and master relevant, "State-of-the-Art" principles and methods of customer service in training.
