This web site contains information about the 1st International Workshop on “Innovative Marketing Communications (IMC-1): Promoting and Selling Training in the New Millennium." The workshop was organized by the World Bank Institute, the Human Empowerment Center of Social Planning Analysis and Administration Consultants (SPAAC/HEC), and the Institute of Management Development of the American University in Cairo (IMD/AUC). The workshop was offered as a collaborative learning opportunity for training executives and managers to discuss and master new promotion and communication methods for training institutions to effectively market their products and services.
