We promote evidence-based research and solutions to improve gender equality across South Asia.
History and Vision
Since 2015, the Gender Innovation Lab has produced cutting-edge research on female labor force participation and gender-based violence. Starting in 2019, we are expanding our impact evaluation portfolio and directing efforts to turn evidence into action.
Our work is guided by three principles:
- Innovation: Build evidence on ‘what works, what doesn’t and why?’
- Learning: Share knowledge with researchers and practitioners
- Impact:Promote use of evidence in policymaking
