The PURSE MDTF is currently supported by four development partners (DPs)— France, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Of the pledged amount, US$123 million has been paid in. Discussions are ongoing with other DPs to join the MDTF.

The PURSE MDTF has two European Commission funded Associated Trust Funds: the EU Support for the Palestinian Economy and Resilience (ESPERE) I and II. As of August 31, 2024, the EU had pledged a total of EUR 18.7 million to these funds, including contributions of EUR 9 million to ESPERE I and contributions of 9.7 million to ESPERE II.
